Pet friendly. Nice staff. New maintenance men 24 hr service. A decent place to live. Within 8 school zones for your family convince. Within walking distance to food and grocery.

Another scam apartment. Moved out and left the place spotless, better than when we moved in. They took the whole deposit for "cleaning" fees. Relabel it as pocketing fee. They never fixed appliances we observed upon move in.

My Family of two children and I have been living here for the last 8 months and the repair orders I requested have not been fulfilled in this time. Just two weeks ago we had sewer water coming up in our kitchen sink and my wife called and the maintenance man came in with a shopvac and said vacuum it up we canât do anything right now a day later it was fixed. My concern is the safety and health of My Family.
