I moved in may 10 and the young ladyâs in the office were very helpful and understanding I had applied at more then 10 properties and they where the only apartment complex that went above and beyond to help me thank you alpine meldomeadows

I am sooo disappointed. They moved us into a unit with bed bugs infestation. They are doing bare minimum to remedy the problem. God what a mess!

Poor management, changing constantly with no communication. Started with Roches and turned into black mold. And as of now have no idea where our security deposit is.

Poorly managed. They will tell you one thing but then change their mind and screw you over because "policy just changed". We pay a common area maintenance fee but yet the common areas are still filthy. You way overpay for what you get. The initial price looks great until they tack on all the fees. The only positive to this apartment is the dog run and the maintenance man is amazing.

Pet friendly. Nice staff. New maintenance men 24 hr service. A decent place to live. Within 8 school zones for your family convince. Within walking distance to food and grocery.

Another scam apartment. Moved out and left the place spotless, better than when we moved in. They took the whole deposit for "cleaning" fees. Relabel it as pocketing fee. They never fixed appliances we observed upon move in.

My Family of two children and I have been living here for the last 8 months and the repair orders I requested have not been fulfilled in this time. Just two weeks ago we had sewer water coming up in our kitchen sink and my wife called and the maintenance man came in with a shopvac and said vacuum it up we canât do anything right now a day later it was fixed. My concern is the safety and health of My Family.
