Very very nice and welcoming place I lived here for it being my very first place on my own office staff is amazing understanding kind and patient.

I lived here from 2016 through 2017 fulfilling a year's lease. During that year, they lost my lease (which was ridiculous) and I had to sign a new electronic version for the same terms. I didn't trust them after that, so I didn't renew said lease when it was up. A month or so after moving, I received a call from their office stating that I owed them $65 for cleaning fees; I paid them in full same-day. A year or so later, I see $65 in collections appear on my credit report; I disputed it (because it was paid) and it was removed promptly. Today, 12/19/2023, it is once again appearing on my credit report in collections. Is this a cash grab? Or are the records just so poorly kept that it's gross negligence?

The quality of the apartments for the rent paid, services offered, and additional fees is not worth it. There are a handful of apartment complexes in Casper ran by the same shady company. It is reflected in their reviews. They claim to have a 24 hour response to emergent issues. Don't expect that to be a resolution. They had water out for days in one of their buildings over the holidays. Pay by check if you want to avoid exorbitant fees for using digital transactions.

I would definitely recommend Alpine Meadows because the office people and the maintenance people are very nice easy to talk to and they are dog friendly

Worst place to live at if you want to move in and pay a thousand plus then go for it you're required to pay the cleaning service and maintenance maintenance doesn't do anything and let you live in black mold and won't repair anything the cleaning services never clean anything either the trashes sit there for weeks on end and the hallways are always disgusting same with the laundry rooms would put zero Stars if I could oh and never be late on your rent because you're late fee will be 140 every single time and if you want to break your lease it's $2,000 to break your lease
