My mom and my to sisters live there here recent my sis dog bit a older lady my sis dog has never bit anyone she a year old she scared lille dog when this happened my sis got her shot rec she's up to date she passed even metro says she's she is safe k nwe gave the rec to the Manger the own say the dog is a theat to the area no way she jut got scared and 5 days after are Kom was in the hospital for 6 days she's back home know but she's get ready to go to assist living my sis can stay there but dog can't my sisus a stressed she is on kids but with are mom beeing sick home for a bit we gave a letter to the anger to send to the owners that she needs her dog bad right know she's at a total she needs to come hom my sister is going to move when my mom goses in one Vickie my sis can't pay the full rent not with out my sister she needs to come back and her dog grr u think the owner is rascest

I'll never ever rent from these guys ever again. They had a problem with my dog and wanted me to get rid of her and I said no so I left them and me and my emotional support dog who I lean on n who is my rock, I'm disabled now living in a hotel room until I can get a place to live!! They say I own $2000 cuz I broke the lease, no I didn't as I read into this and l more it's like they are the ones that broke the lease not me!!! And when we moved in their cupboards where dirty so we had to wash everything be for we put stuff away, plush there are roaches , n and night I would see people come and go cuz they where dealing drugs!! Bad place to bring you ask me

I signed a lease within hours of calling for an apartment I was living out of state at the time, it's been wonderful staff is kind and friendly, dogs are the most welcomed and they aren't ridiculed. Office gals are always nice and kind and always quick to have a laugh with you.

Really amazing place to live! Super understanding staff. And the maintenance staff is super fast, reliable and responsive. They also accepted my ESA note for my dog. Just resigned my lease for a 4th year.

I moved in a July 2023 and from wandering into the leasing office to actually signing the lease was easy and fast. The office ladies are great. They are the kind of people you donât have to be afraid to speak to about any problem you may have and address them in a polite and expedient manner. Theyâre also very upfront about all the fees from move in to pet deposits. The maintenance people are also very prompt and polite the couple times Iâve had an issue. Iâve also never had an issue with my neighbors. Everyoneâs pretty respectful of each other. Overall a decent place to live.
