APM apartments are awesome the are in the process of renovation apartments when they are empty. Also they are pet friendly :)

Honestly, even if you're desperate for an apartment, don't go here. Their management charges so many fees, the apartments are NOT worth what they charge, and they do everything they can to get as much money from you as they can. Seriously, their management DOES NOT CARE one bit. There is no way that this place is fair, ethical, or honest. The walls are thin, the heat was uncontrollable, and they only grudgingly repaired what they absolutely HAD TO. They didn't even shovel/plow the parking lot area. And terminating your contract? Even if you complete your lease, they're going to charge you. It's really not worth it. I hope my review on this place saves others the time, hassle, and especially money!

I rented from them for a 6 month lease, they were very rude to me everytime i talked to them. the apartments are trash and almost impossible to make them feel like home. One afternoon me and my Boyfriend were taking a nap and i heard a knock on the door a couple times but i ignored it and they just let themselves in when i asked what the hell they were doing they said inspections. i never once got a call or notice saying that these people would be stopping by apartment and i was furious when they just let themselves in. My friend rented from them and she was in the shower one day and they just came into her apartment. when i told management about it they told me that they can do whatever want. landlord is rude the apartments are over priced and they are disgusting and unconfortable. i would NOT rent from these people it was the worst 6 months of my life and i couldnt wait for my lease to be up so i could move.

This apartment complex has a 40 lb limit for the size of pets, and requires a $500 pet deposit (of which only $250 is refundable). There is also a $25 fee per pet, per month. Will update if we decide to live here.
