I enjoy the Alpine Meadows , the open layout for the living room and kitchen is pretty sweet. It is all kind of older but in decent shape, all appliances work! Also, there ARENT any cockroaches which is a major plus. I love how itâs pet friendly too. Not to mention the staff and management are super nice, they are easy going and understanding.

We were late a day and got a three day quit notice. When we got help to pay our rent and it was established that the rent was going to be paid by community action we got told that if we didnt pay 280 in late fees by the 13th we were still going to be kicked out. So we managed to get the money it was 330 so we paid the 330 and then we get told today that we have to pay more late fees cause the " rent check" JUST got in. So if you expect to never need help paying rent or being late then sure good place but not for me. Ill never do buisness with them again. This is bull! No one should think they are ok to be told oh nope you have to pay more late fees for no reason.

I lived at Alpine Meadows for 9 years and had mixed feeling about moving. The community is friendly, clean and up dated. Management is approachable, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The maintenance team were good about having any repairs done in a timely manner and were professional when entering a unit.

I really like my apartment, the staff are on top of things, when I have had an issue, they respond very fast.

Management is difficult to reach and slow to react for any sort of issue, hallways frequently have the smell of drugs or residents beating on doors, have had the police show up frequently for disturbances on the property. Teenagers from the local high school also use the building to smoke in during winter. Does not feel like a safe place to live.
