I lived here here for two years. Rent is cheap enough, but went up with every new contract I signed. Management when I first moved in was ok, but has progressively gotten worse. No one is ever in the office unless it’s a maintenance guy. Who is friendly but can not help with any real questions. I once called the office 11 times in one business day and not one time was the phone picked up. Most of my neighbors we younger so parties, weed, and brawls came with living there. I am talking holes in the hallways for weeks from people kicking and punching them. Trash, and dog poop are also a huge problem! Stay on the sidewalk! If you can, sometimes they let the grass grow for months in the summer before it’s cut. This is definitely one of those places that will do in a pinch or if you are just starting, but if you are looking for a long term place or have children I would look elsewhere. Also if you do not own or do not want to own a box fan, walk away the ac units provided are junk! Definitely moved out as soon as it was financially available for me to, have a feeling many many others have done the same.
