Natasha in the office is sweet but stern which is perfect for our community, and Ron is quick and efficient to handle any problems I’ve had in the building OR my apartment which is clean and pest free by my experience. I actively recommend folks live here.

Defund public housing. Use the money to create jobs. Wide spread abuse of the system porters and section 8 voucher holders hiding out in the system for ever . Young healthy long term squatters free loaders and those porters who no longer qualify abusing their apartments and the system. they never intended to move out. Wasting the tax payers money. Abusing every agency giving away anything for free. They hurt those who need short term help.people are expected to get off of assistance at some point...not ment to be a retirement.poor management is to blame for it...

From the moment I stepped into my apartment here, I have been impressed. The staff goes above and beyond. Natasha the property manager works very diligently and with patience and makes you feel at home. The maintenance crew is willing and ready to keep your apartment in top shape. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who wants to have a nice, clean, dependable place to live!!

Great place to live. Any maintenance issues are fixed in a timely manner, and management is fixing all other issues as quickly as possible (Like people not picking up after their animals). If any problems arise management is on it fairly quickly. The other tenants are pretty nice and help others out. My only compliant is the high rent for the quality of the apartment.

Worst place every lived in. Such a pathetic management . Not any manager stayed longer than 3 months. Every staff in the office has different perspectives. They are never on same page . I literally won’t recommend anybody to live here. And of course can’t complain enough about the roaches and the hole they have in the building . Cabinet and stoves are so old .

Worst place I ever lived in. They have roaches all over. They will have sprayer come in every month and have you empty all the cabinets every month for them if you don’t empty they will charge you 50/100$. That’s their side hustle. Their spray never work. Roaches will crawl all over within couple hours. After you move out of the apartment, they will find bunch of reason to charge you right and left. They sent me 600$ bill after I left the apartment. Claiming disinfection and cleaning fee... its always headache to live in this place if I could give I wouldn’t even give 1 star.. 1 star is too much... I won’t recommend anybody to live in this place. Rent a better place and pay few hundred more because if you go for cheap here you will end up paying more than what you pay in good apartments.
