Lived here for 2 years. Went through 7 maintenance guys. The water was off without notice more times than I can count, twice while I was in the middle of a shower. The office ladies are oblivious to reality. They DO NOT care at all about the residents or personal property, also they do nothing but give excuses when there is a problem. This place is a joke that's not funny.

The staff at alpine are great. The manager at alpine is a rockstar Natasha is easy going person and very easy to get a long with.

I lived here for a good chunk of a year. There were constant problems. Leaking ceilings, plumbing issues, and a HUGE roach problem. I spent Christmas trying to get sewage to stop overflowing out of the toilet, sinks, dishwasher, and tub while no one at the office answered a single phone call from me or the other tenants affected. Apon move out they charged me fairly. Then suddenly I get a different bill for almost $2000 several months later due to the carpet needing replaced. But let's not mention that the carpeting was disgusting after what happened on Christmas. Also when I lived here after management changed in 2020 they constantly sent in people without my knowledge when I wasn't home. It's overpriced as is, but every month they try to tack on more charges. Do NOT rent here. By far the worst apartment complex I have come across in Casper.

My experience in these apartments has been absolutely fantastic I have lived here for a year now. The management is very understanding if you communicate your situation with them and they are always nice and polite and do there best to help with any problems you might have as soon as they can

I’ve lived in these Apartments since 2001, the property is consistently maintained. maintenance always fixes what is needed as quickly as possible. I love living in this community. The manger and assistant manager always try, work and help with the issues you have, just communicate with them. As long as you follow the rules you will have no problems living here. I highly recommend this Apartment community. Your close to schools and shopping areas, also a very quite neighborhood.

Natasha in the office is sweet but stern which is perfect for our community, and Ron is quick and efficient to handle any problems I’ve had in the building OR my apartment which is clean and pest free by my experience. I actively recommend folks live here.
